Why Choose Exotics Unlimited?

If you’ve been searching for tarantulas for sale and want to know what it’s really like to order from us, you’re in the right place. At Exotics Unlimited, we work hard to give hobbyists, collectors, and wholesale buyers a smooth experience from start to finish, with healthy animals, secure packing, clear communication, and helpful customer service.

Our customers come to us for all kinds of animals, from beginner-friendly species to rare tarantulas and other invertebrates. Some are looking for New World tarantulas, some want something terrestrial or arboreal, and others are simply trying to find a seller they can trust when buying live animals online. A lot of the feedback we receive speaks to the same things: quality animals, careful packing, and an overall experience that feels straightforward and reliable.

We also stand behind every shipment with our industry-leading live arrival guarantee. All animals are shipped with this guarantee, and in many cases we even cover replacement shipping for our customers, including situations where carrier delays happen. That added peace of mind is a big part of why so many customers feel confident ordering from us.

Whether you’re buying your first spiderling, adding something special to your collection, or placing a larger wholesale order, customer reviews can help you feel more confident about where you shop. We know trust matters when ordering live animals online, so feedback about shipping, communication, arrival condition, and overall experience means a lot to us.

If you’re browsing tarantulas for sale or looking for a trusted place to buy invertebrates online, we hope these reviews help you feel confident shopping with Exotics Unlimited.

Always a great experience!

Thanks, that’s great to hear! Always nice to see a familiar name come through. Hope your latest order is treating you well!

Customer service is top notch and their spiders arrived healthy and active!

Thank you! The whole team will love reading this. Enjoy the new spiders!

Super nothing but the best!

Aw, thank you! That’s about the nicest thing we could hear. We hope your new addition is doing great and giving you plenty to smile about!

The spiders I've received have been at least the advertised size, if not bigger. I've been happy with my orders and would order from them again.

We appreciate you coming back and hope the next one impresses you just as much!

I bought the aspimochilus rufus and phormingochilus sabah red bundle and both slings arrived happy and healthy. What a great deal too! I've purchased from Exotics Unlimited before and I again. Great vendor! You guys ROCK!

Thank you! That bundle is one of our favorites to put together, so it’s nice to hear both slings made it to you in good shape. Enjoy those two!

Received our 3 tarantulas today. P. Striata, Golden Bird Eater, and Panama Blonde. All three came in perfect condition ready for their new homes. Customer service has been amazing the whole time! I will definitely buy another in the future. Thank you for all the help and support!

Thank you for the kind words! That’s a fun trio to have welcomed home last night, and we’re happy all three made the trip in great shape. It was a pleasure helping you along the way, so don’t hesitate to reach out if questions come up as they settle in. Enjoy the new family!

Excellent! Well packed tarantulas, all arrived alive and well. Cant beat the shipping price. Fantastic customer service! Highly recommended!

Thanks so much! Everyone on the team works hard to get the animals to you safe and keep shipping costs fair, so it’s great to hear it all came together. We appreciate the recommendation!

Loved the enclosure hope to buy more and get my friends to buy stuff from you too. 5 starts.

Thank you for the five stars! We’re so glad the enclosure was a hit, and spreading the word to your friends is the nicest thing you could do for us. Hope to see you all soon!

Great conmunication. All tarantulas were the sizes as described and packed securely. Never had a bad experience doing business with Exotics Unlimited.

A clean record like that is something our team works hard to protect, so thank you for saying it out loud. Thanks for sticking with us, and enjoy the new additions!

This is the only place I will shop for my tarantulas. I feel very confident in their company/ work and I know their animals are incredibly healthy and well cared for.

Being the only place you shop is about the highest compliment a small team like ours can get, and we don’t take that trust lightly. The animals are the heart of what we do, so it’s rewarding to know that care is something you can feel on your end. Thank you for the loyalty, and enjoy every one of them!

Everything went great this time

Glad this order went smoothly, and thanks for coming back to us. Enjoy the new additions!

Love buying from exotics unlimited. I have made three separate purchases from them and everything had been fantastic each time. Animals arrived when they said they would, in good health, and as described. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy Tarantulas. Customer service second to none.

Three orders in and still going strong is a big compliment, and our team is grateful you keep choosing us. Consistency is what we work hardest at, so it’s great to hear it shows from one purchase to the next. We appreciate you spreading the word, and we’ll pass your kind words along to the people who handle your emails.

Ordered 14 slings from Exotics Unlimited. All arrived in good health and are doing great 2 weeks later. I greatly appreciate the team being responsive and informative with any questions or issues. They offer great deals and saved me hundreds of dollars compared to my local arachnid sellers. Will be buying from them again if/when I decide to add on to the collection!

Fourteen slings is a big order to trust us with, so thank you for that. Hearing the whole group is still thriving after two weeks is the best update we could ask for, and we’re happy the savings made a real difference for your collection. The team loves being a resource for questions big and small, so reach out anytime. Thanks for the support, and enjoy raising them!

Once again I've had nothing but great service and well packaged spiders from Exotics Unlimited. I took advantage of the Monocentropus balfouri communal special package. The 3 spiderlings arrive safe and in great condition. All 3 settled into their enclosure with no issues and they all ate later that evening. I highly recommend Exotics Unlimited to anyone wanting to purchase invertebrates.

Coming back for another round means the world to our team, so thank you for the continued trust. We appreciate the recommendation and hope the group keeps thriving for you!

Always wonderful experiences! My #1 place is look first when wanting a new tarantula!

Being the first place you check means a lot to us, and it's a spot we work hard to earn. Thank you for the loyalty, and we'll keep the new arrivals coming for you to browse!

I love shopping with EU. Not only do they show a lot of care in their spiderlings, but they also have fantastic customer service. Plus, they have rare species that I haven't been able to find anywhere else. Thank you guys!

Great Experience. Will Buy From Again.

This really means a lot to us! So glad you had a great experience, and knowing you're already planning to come back is honestly the best kind of feedback we could get.

Awesome Little Hopefully Girl (!! Great Little T. Taking Down Crickets Bigger Than Her.

Hoping for that girl alongside you! A little one taking down crickets bigger than herself already says a lot about her confidence.

Great communication, fast shipping, and everything was packaged perfectly. My little Lasiodora parahybana arrived healthy and will eventually add a giant to the collection 😆. I was especially excited that my mystery box included two species already on my wish list — Psalmopoeus victori and Psalmopoeus pulcher. All three are healthy and have already eaten. I couldn’t have asked for a better first online tarantula purchase!

So glad your first online tarantula purchase went this well. Glad all three are healthy and already eating. Hope this is just the beginning of a great collection.

Purchased online and picked up flawlessly at a con.

Glad the online order and con pickup went smoothly from start to finish. Hope to see you at another show soon.

Great experience. Will be purchasing more. I can see the great care put into these animals and that is what you really want in a company.

Really glad the care put into these animals came through so clearly, that's exactly what we hope customers notice. Looking forward to your next order.
