Harpactira dictator (Dictator Baboon Tarantula) for sale
A striking Old World species from South Africa, the Dictator Baboon sports a bold black and bronze coloration with faint striping on the legs. Though often reclusive, it is a heavy webber and an impressive display species when it emerges.
Like many baboons, this is a defensive and fast-moving tarantula—best suited for experienced keepers. It prefers a dry setup with a deep substrate to burrow and web.
An excellent choice for collectors looking to expand their Harpactirinae lineup with a more uncommon species.
